• Appraised all types of government fixed assets for their insurance carrier (provided replacement values, costs, and life of items). Constant contact with the client on database matters and answering questions about deadlines and inclusions/exceptions. Traveled nationwide to coordinate with municipalities (analyzed all assets for Washington D.C.).
