Responsibilities: As an Internal Medicine resident, performed a wide range of medical duties including supervised comprehensive inpatient care, consultative services, and various outpatient services covering general internal medicine and consultation for orthopedics and general surgical services. Attended to patients with multiple interacting acute and chronic medical problems, such as hypertension, coronary artery disease, diabetes, asthma, congestive heart failure, cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe acute infections, and peripheral vascular disease.
