• Global CPG Company – Created a recommendation for Enterprise Content Management and a ECM Center of Excellence
• Global CPG Company - Provided customer-focused program management for a Business Process Outsourcing initiative for the client’s Procure-to-Pay function, including Accounts Payable, Freight Payables, and Transactional Procurement. Established a reporting and implementation governance model, minimizing implementation and operational risk for the client and improving performance of outsourcing provider’s transition team.
• Global CPG Company – Led the program management for client’s SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) implementation, including e-Sourcing, SRM, and Spend Analytics. The scope included multi-vendor management, data cleanse strategy and approach, change management, communications, and implementation strategy. The program captured and reported on the company’s $3.6 billion global spend.

• Led a initiative to reduce operating expense by $50M for the fiscal year; program delivered in excess of $60M.
• Architected and sourced a telecom expense management solution which supported the full category, both wireline and wireless, in a full asset-lifecycle capacity and reducing operating expense by $11M.
• Responsible for the selection of a print fleet management provider which reduced output devices by 30% and saved over $10M annually.

• National Retailer - Implemented JDA’s Automated Replenishment module for the client's retail store weekly replenishment cycle. Custom modifications were made to permit mid-week replenishment and retailer-specific rules.
• National Healthcare Provider - Consolidated all business systems supporting the efforts of the client’s technology group, including asset management, PMO activities, and Professional Services activities.
• Software Development Company – Led the establishment of a Professional Services organization for this startup software company. Worked with the client to define the future vision for their internal Professional Services implementation group, and established all policies, procedures, governances, roles, responsibilities for project management. Created all implementation guidelines, checklists, and communication formats.
• Internet Retailer - As Engagement Manager, led financial systems implementation, data warehousing, and financial reconciliation.
o Worked with IT and Financial management to lead internal resource efforts on an Oracle Financial implementation, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and Bill of Materials modules.
o Led the effort to develop a global data strategy and subsequent implementation of the data warehouse. The project involved extraction of data from custom client systems into a Microsoft-based platform which were analyzed with the e.piphany campaign management tool.
• Global Retailer – Responsible for facilitating a world-wide Customs and Regulatory conference with all Customs management in different regions. Project included development of the conference, facilitation, and process identification and improvements.

• Large Insurance Company - Led the implementation of client’s PeopleSoft Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules, including all enhancements and modifications to the PeopleSoft General Ledger module.
o Led the conversion and implementation for a subsidiary line of business to PeopleSoft General Ledger. The project included replacement of custom-developed systems with PeopleSoft, incorporating new interfaces from existing systems, nVision reporting, specialized reporting sub-ledgers, and allocation configuration and processing.
• Mortgage and Finance Company - Managed an organizational readiness and risk assessment review for the planned implementation of the client’s new packaged mortgaging system. The project included senior management interviews, findings, and recommendations.
• Large Retail Clothing Chain - Responsible for leading a team in the gathering and development of business requirements for a sales and inventory performance tracking data warehouse. The project included Information Advantage OLAP design for a Sun/Informix platform, user training programs, and change leadership management.
