• Preventive maintenance, installation, decommissioned, and repaired of the packaging machine. Serviced four generation of machine: hydraulic, PLC logic, Electronic, and pneumatic.

• 90% travelling to company sites in five states expanded to 14 states. Provided 24/7 "on-call" troubleshooting support to clients.

Field Service Engineer, Independent Contractor, Milwaukee, WI (2003 - 2011)

• Completed and performed the installation and the upgrading legacy computers for US Bank National "Soar" Project in the Wisconsin area and the Eastern Seaboard area.

• Performed computer rollout installations for Milwaukee Public Schools MCI, Solomon Smith Barney, Computer Solutions Corporation, United States Postal Service, Anheuser Busch, Social Security Administration, American Express, Siemens, Otis Elevators and Northwestern Elevators.

• Installed Teleconference suite for Quad Graphics.

• Assisted in the design and testing of the accelerated burn-in chambers for electro-cardiograph cathode ray tube PC based devices, monitors, defibrillators, portable cardiac monitors reducing the burn in stress testing simulation from 96 hours to 20.5 hours. A productivity gain of 79% this was accomplished by raising the ambient temperature to 100 degrees. New CRT fan developed which reduced service calls by 40% as documented in Q.A.1406 this process was implemented company wide.

• Assisted in the design of new motherboard 85443-003 for the Muse Cardiac System.
