Description:

SAART(Sales Account Assignment and Results Tracking) pulls all the account details about the sellers of the AT&T, Bell south, Legacy – S, T billers and tracks all their results maintaining them for years. Its like a repository of all the Billing details of all the customers, their services and all their transactions.

SAART also acts as the interface for many applications like the D&B(Dun & Bradstreet), Ecrm & BASE maintaining all their accounts and the seller information and the revenue generated by the sales person.

SAART is the platform for all the billers, the sales people, the accounts, the results and also plays a major role in maintaining and tracking them.

SAART mainly got the migration from BASE, Ecrm and D&B and started maintaining their accounts and the revenue generated by the sales person

SAART also deals with the LEGACY – B, LEGACY – S, LEGACY – T billers, their accounts and also their sales person information and their revenue trackings.

SAART basically gets the data through many WSDLs (Web Service Distribution Lists) for Data warehouse and deals with them.

There are two ways the SAART application works (Batch & Web) – The Web works online dealing with the customers and working on the requirements of the customers of AT&T, whereas, SAART Batch works in the heart of the application dealing with all the accounts, their information, their interfaces with different application, the sales force of the accounts, their revenue generation.

Also, SAART gets the bills from the accounts for all their products and specialization through an application named, RUSS (Revenue Usage Service System). From RUSS, the accounts and their billing information come in the form of MVS generations which the SAART application pulls them and build their hierarchy tieing the accounts with their higher levels based on many rules of AT&T .

Once the records are processed by SAART, they are sent to many other downstream applications like ECDW, TDW, ADCIS, ANTARAS, etc..

Also, there are many internal processes involving the fine tuning of the jobs so that the CPU utilization is reduced which in turn saves more revenue to AT&T
