Converted multiple MVS Cobol programs to Cobol 370.
Enhanced extensive Cobol programs and multiple Adabas
Natural systems for Y2K entailing research, conversion,
testing and ‘life cycle’ documentation.
Created many online Adabas Natural systems which
allowed corporate users to execute ‘batch’ systems
through RJE, ‘remote job entry’, which increased the
turn-around time of the Corporate Reporting Systems.
Modified existing JCL, to print output to an internet
browser-type application, called PageCenter . This
output was formerly stored on microfiche.

both telephone and in person. Researched production
problems and determined appropriate resolution.
Resolved the error in question, and logged description and
time spent in a helpdesk application.
Provided oncall 24x7 production support to mainframe
systems, three weeks a month as primary support contact.
Carried a beeper for contact during oncall status,
and resolved
issues from home pc via internet.
Contacted appropriate member of senior staff if
production issue could not be resolved in a reasonable
amount of time, or required a higher level of
expertise.
