• Worked in a crisis shelter geared around helping teens ages 13-17 years of age with issues surrounding them: rape, homelessness, abuse (sexual, physical, emotional), school, bullying, family ..etc

• Handled crisis calls that were made to the shelter and trained to calm the situation and resolve the problem or schedule a time for family and team to come to the shelter for help

• Helped with Crisis Walk In (cwi). Prior to teen staying at the shelter they would go through this process and we would assess more of the crisis the family is dealing with in details.
