With proper management and up front planning, I have reduced customer complaints by 40% within first two months. Resolved old guest complaints and bring some of those customers back as regular guests. With proper employee training and courteous approach, we had increased our guest satisfaction, which resulted in to 11% increase in gross business in the 1st quarter since we took over.
