Global, multi-million dollar company with over 30 years of experience, Southland continues to be the largest manufacturer and supplier of construction materials and project management in the log home industry.

Progressive responsibility and achievement encompassing 3 promotions over a 6+year period in a competitive industry, April 2005 to present.

District Sales Manager/Senior Sales Consultant, Western District (April 2005– Present)

Directs operations and productivity of 4 sales managers, 2 office managers, and 11 sales consultants within a territory including Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, and Alabama. Orchestrates, refines, and implements new projects and processes, both at the corporate and local levels. Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff while balancing personal sales. Executes specific research, and conducts both verbal and visual presentations to clients, investors, and the corporate board of directors. Experienced and succesful in both inside and outside sales. Answers directly to Senior Vice President of Sales.

Key Accomplishments:
