This is a project which involves in creation of Production drawings of Press tool for different varieties and it
also Involves in the Creation of Fixture & Gauges models in CATIA V5 and FEA models for Analysis and for
Design Optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Involved in creation of complete parametric Press tool models in CATIA V5, for both as design and as-built concept for whole assembly of Dies.
Creation of Modeling approach in UDF method & detailing manufacturing drawing as per customer standards for the created Models.
Involved in incorporating the changes in the design model and as well in Production drawings.
Involved in creation of Press tool design models in CATIA V5 for FEA analysis models.

1. Project Name : Parametric Modeling of shroud, Header plate and Core support for Radiator.

Description of the Project:
The project involved parametric modeling of Wiper Motor Bracket. The component was made in CATIA
V5 with using B surface of panel as the reference geometry. Matched the surface of the wiper motor bracket to
Mounting Positions.
Responsibilities:
Parametric sketches were made to construct the surfaces to make it parametric.
Making the 2D Drawings for the 3D models.
Quality checking as per the standards.
Creating product & Assembly drawings.
