• More than 15 years of Experience in the Field of Electrical and Instrumentation for the Offshore Facilities, OIL & Gas, Power Plant industry as supervisor, Electrical engineer.

Planning, monitoring & controlling all site activities including manpower planning, resource planning & material planning and finalization of responsibility matrix for site engineers.

• Ensuring all site activities are carried out as per technical specification and quality plan.

Monitoring and keeping a track of record of the day today on going activities carried out by EPC Contractors at the site. Implementing a periodic MIS reporting of site progress.

Analyzing the major scope of work at site (as per the Contract) and discussing with various disciplines for criticalities & strategies for timely completion of site work.

Coordinating & monitoring with various site contractors

Attending site coordination meeting with client on regular basis (weekly) for reviewing site progress & resolving problems.

Making correspondences on regular basis with Client to build Customer relationship and sort out any disputes (technical or commercial) at site.

Responsible for Project site activities.

Control on site activities for erection and commissioning progress and resolving site discrepancy reports with engineering. Coordinating with Procurement department for shortage damage report.

Educational Qualification:-

Working Experience:-

• Electrical Engineer/supervisor more than 15 years experience in India and Middle East in electrical and instrumentation projects and operation in offshore facilities , oil and gas, power plant and manufacturing industry in the field of Supervision and Project Management.

• Including installation and commissioning of New build Jack up drilling Rig ,High Voltage 4.6kv /800KW ,4.6 KV /400 KW Electrical submersible pump for well Modification, Installation of Electrical 110 KV Single circuit Tower, construct and commissioning of electrical substations up to 110 kV and power plants 2.5MW,8X2 MW and 1.48MW furnace oil and natural gas engine with 11KV/110 KV ,2MW Kirloskar transformer.Erection and commissioning including primary, secondary injection of control bays, protection relays, schematic check, testing of AC/DC distribution panels, protection and control panels, execution and attendance of FAT for control and protection equipment supplies, Experience in commissioning co ordination for jack up drilling rig. • Construction of commissioning activities for FB –redevelopment in Dubai petroleum offshore production facilities.

• Installed 2nosXSOLAR CENTAUR 2X3.162 MW, 14450 rpm axial flow gas turbine with all accessories.

• Construction and coordination with vendor for commissioning of Invensys Foxboro IA series DCS, Redundant Triconex (sil3) F&G and ESD system.

• Construction and commissioned New well head safety panel with -25 Well racks.

• Construction and commissioning of F&G, ESD system (87 F&G-smoke, Flame, H2S, LEL, Line of sight ,e2s Sounder and beacon, Manual alarm call point and ESD push buttons ).

• Construction and commissioning of New Local equipment room comprising with 1600A, 2Tier Baltwin&Francis MV panel with 9 cubicles including generator Control relay GE Multilink G60, protective relay MICOM225, M123.M225 protective relays..

• Construction and commissioning of 2x2000A, 1x800A LV Panel with 63 cubicle MCC with MM200 MMS system .Small lighting power including Emergency and normal power distribution panel.

• Carryout construction and commissioning of 230V, 120V (Dual power with bypass), 48V, 24V (Dual power with bypass system), 12 V Chlorinator UPS system.

• Cold termination of Single core and three cores HV cable into 2 X Arevo 1650KVA transformers, 2X3.2MW IDEAL Generator.

• Coordinate vendor for high pressure and hi pot test of HV cables. Primary and secondary injection testing of breaker, Protective Relay logic and set point, CT saturation test.

• Construction and commissioned of single srubber and two filter Fuel with Heater controlled Repco Fuel Gas skid.

• Coordination with vendor for testing of 50KW Thyristor drived fuel gas heater panel.

• Construction and commissioning of new Fog horn and Nav aid system.

• Coordination with vendor for testing gross leak test and CO2 dump test both 3MW turbines.

• Coordinate wood group vendor to modify Turbine control panel (change off all wiring inside Control panel as per Wood group drawing).

• Hook up all field equipments like Crane, chemical pumps, well head safety panel, booster pump, production separator, test separator, well head safety panel, import and export header into New integrated control system (ICS –combine of DCS and ESD).

• Installed and commsissiong of Neutral earth resistance panel.

• Construction and commissioning coordination with Vendor To commissioned HVAC system –Five fan handling unit, three compressor (EACH HAS 82 KW) two Cooling pumps (2X10KW) and 9 heat exchanger fan. System fully controlled by ICS.

Project: Asmari gas degasser project

• Construction and commissioning coordination of electrical and Instrument equipments for Asmari Gas project. 72 Field instrument including Level/pressure/temperature/flow /differential and Gas detector with all indication display with New sensitive system.

• Installation of heater/thyristor panel/Invensys I/A series DCS system and triconex sil 3 ESD PLC, Fire and gas system.

• Loop checking /precommissioning and commissioning coordination with vendor for DCS system.

• Modification of wells installed Electrical Submersible Pump instead of Gas lift.

• Working in an ISO-9002, 5S certified process &manufacturing industry producing 1,400,000 tons of yarn and 36 million meter of denim /year in south India.
