This consisted of seventy six wind turbines that where constructed in the northern part of New York. The construction of these generators consisted of several man hours and constant supervision of weather conditions which not only affected the workers but the cranes and equipment as well. While performing the role safety manager, the following things fell under my responsibility.
Monitor weather conditions to insure proactive safety requirements.
Document and manage all safety and health records, reports, Illness and Injuries.
Conduct safety meetings to pass useful information to the employees regarding safety.
