Oversaw the successful closing of a significant CAPA through the purchase and installation of a conversion to the Building Management System.

Responsible for the management and direction of the Planning/Project Management and Services functions in the Facilities department, encompassing many support areas (e.g. food service, material handling, security, grounds, parking) and all construction/renovation projects on a 98 acre, 1.5 million square foot campus.
• Managed the design and construction of 3 major building additions simultaneously, totaling over 200K square feet and $35 million in capital expenditures. Projects were completed on time and below budget.
• Coordinated budgeting and planning for the entire department, annual capital budget of $15-20 million and operating expense of $24 million.
• Successfully work with public entities, both city and state, to ensure long term viability of campus. For example, PUD with Arden Hills, Minnesota Investment Fund, donation to Roseville Skating Center
• Coordinate all real estate activities (property management/leasing/purchase) for the CRM division, including 15+ sales offices across the country
• Developed and maintained a long term strategic space plan for the campus that is still in use.
• Co-developed with Clonmel, Temecula and Dorado and implemented a CRM Division-wide Project Management process, as well as a tracking and filing system to ensure compliance with audit guidelines.
