Kept track of recycled products, placing/retrieving online orders and products on reserve, and overall aided customers with any inquiry, question or concern they had.
At Home Technical Advisor - Apple May 2011 - Mar 2012
Apple provided me with an at home office setup in which I used the company’s software to receive incoming calls from customers that require any technical support. I helped walk customers through troubleshooting their computers to determine the root of and correct the issue or set up repairs and appointments, if needed. I also answered any basic how-to-use questions and guided many new customers through the Mac Operating System.
