• Compiled, wrote, implemented and monitored Corporate Hurricane Preparedness Plan. The plan was successfully implemented upon the National Hurricane Center’s issuance of tropical storm development in the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico or South Atlantic Ocean.

• Managed construction through move-in of 30,000 square foot residence valued at $50,000,000.00.

• Complete charge, land development and production construction simultaneously of three Single Family and Multi Family developments.

• Directed construction, and delivered 350 homes during 14 month period.
