Director of Nursing-March 2010- April 2012

Responsibilities include meeting all state and Medicare regulatory standards. Ensured necessary services provided to meet the needs of terminal patients, their families and nursing home facilities. Proactively managing and leading the Nursing department.

Passing yearly Medicare audits. Maintaining CHAP accreditation.
