• Developed and maintain computerized record management systems to store and process data such as personnel activities, information and produce reports

• Developed instructional materials and conduct in-service and community based educational programs

• Developed or expand and implement medical programs or health services that promote research, rehabilitation and community health

• Supervised work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical service, maintenance and personnel

• Provided necessary information for annual cost report

• Conducted on site visits to patient homes in capacity of administrator to monitor quality of services and patient satisfaction
