Planned site to convert attachments to PDF and save as document image to data repository viewable by attorneys and general public. Provided B2B with ability to collect filing fees.
• Cuyahoga County Clerk of Courts: Worked closely on document imaging and web-based solution. Conducted feasibility study to identify productivity gains from expanding project to include document imaging, leading to $10,000,000 initiative spanning three years of development and encompassing branches of local government.
• DeepGreen Bank: Worked closely on strategic initiative to implement new product distribution channels for home equity line of credit (HELOC) products, involving creating co-branded websites for business partners looking to offer HELOC products.
