I am an experienced technical documentation professional with strong written and verbal communication skills seeking new challenges. My previous experiences as an electronics technician and technical trainer enhance my skills as a technical writer, enabling me to develop a wide variety of documentation in numerous technical environments. In many cases, I have had to learn new technologies and become a subject matter expert in order to successfully complete projects.

Using tools such as needs analysis and system design, I have written and maintained specifications, user documentation, training materials, context-sensitive help, and engineering documentation for both technical and non-technical personnel. Utilizing Structured Authoring techniques, I have create single-source XML based documentation and HTML online help. In addition, I have performed peer-review copy-editing and proofreading of both documentation team and cross-functional team documents.
