Prepared bids, secured bonds, and maintained job cost system, for both private and North Carolina Department of Transportation projects. Managed the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, governmental reporting and cash management. Secured all required licenses and financing for the creation of a new entity.

Controller

Supervised the management of twenty-five federally funded housing projects, with a staff of ten bookkeepers. Oversaw all governmental reporting, employee benefits and yearly audits.
