Serve as general contractor and project manager for local excavating company. Duties include; site evaluation for future projects, define environmental and wetland set backs for sub-contractors. Interact with current clients, local officials (Cama) and State Governments on civil designs of residential and commercial building projects, roadways and storm water runoff. Gather permits, oversee job performance, meet with prospective clients. Maintain takeoffs of current projects and placing bids on future contracts.

Experience Petroleum Hydrocarbon Investigation/Remediation: Conducted field studies for all phases of petroleum underground storage tank (UST) contaminations, phase I & II assessments, soil and ground-water remediation at numerous industrial, commerical and governmental facilities throughout the Southeast. Supervised the installation of monitoring wells, soil and ground-water sampling, public records searches, and the remediation system installations. Geotechnical Investigations: Supervised and performed geotechnical services including Atterberg, hydrometer, soil compaction and moisture tests, as well as sieve analyses at numerous sites in the Southeastern North Caroline region.
