• Conducts regular seminars in the art of vintage cocktail preparation at both Sur La Table in Los Angeles, and Culinary Enterprises in Signal Hill.

•Instructs students in basic bartending skills used in preparing vintage cocktails as well as the history behind each recipe.

Official Bartender: Martini In The Morning radio station 2008 – Present

•Is a regular guest of host Brad Chambers, mixes up vintage cocktails on the air, gives the history of each cocktail, and takes questions from callers (www.MartiniInTheMorning.com).
