District Supervisor-Merchandiser
My first challenging project as a District Supervisor was to set up and supervise a team of merchandisers in the State of Maine for a new client.
This consisted of mapping the areas of the state and pulling already employed merchandisers to make up the core team for this project.
Next phase of this project was to recruit, train and supervise the whole team for this project from start to finish.
This Sovena Olive Oil Project that I was chosen to supervise had excellent participation and compliance reporting throughout its project run time.
My strong supervisory skills are: training new reps on the Spar Reporting System online, explaining and answering questions about projects and expectations of the projects over the phone and through emailing, rep follow-up from beginning of project through the completion of projects, motivating my reps to complete their assigned projects on time and reporting correctly.

The Sovena Olive Oil Project that I was part of had very good rep compliance on doing the project and reporting it online in the project window.
I initiated the formation of a three merchandiser network to provide 100% client coverage and project completion within my territory.

ASAP Merchandiser –Semi Dedicated Team Merchandiser
I increased the sales of M&M Mars Singles products in three Wal-marts by 30% over the past four weeks by selling in extra singles products, packing out the product ordered in, and creating a great business relationship with the stores Dept. 82 Managers.
