Advanced to oversee budgeting, logistics and staffing for trade shows and events as well as develop and oversee the Customer Service department. Handled escalated customer issues, established procedures, recommended staff requirements and created training materials and reference binders. Quickly grew a top performing team from two people to eight to handle 500% volume increase ignited by highly successful product launch. Prevented an estimated $1 million in additional expenses and halted customer complaints by identifying, tracking and reporting a quality issue with a new product in order to quarantine 250,000 defective units. Reviewed and recommended trade show participation and managed all aspects to ensure marketing objectives and branding message were properly conveyed.
