Senior Technical Representative (1999 – 2007)
Responsibilities:
• Managed installation projects of software-based Fire Alarm Systems, Commercial Audio (Intercom thru Pro-Sound), Telecommunications (Iwatsu Certified), Nurse Call and Patient Wandering systems, and Time Recorder Systems.
• Designed, configured, programmed, tested and certified systems. Coordinated work with different building trade contractors and in house sales and engineering staffs facilitating project completion in time and under budget.
• Trained and mentored new technicians.
Achievements:
• Successfully expanded systems beyond their specified capabilities through design, fabrication, and programming.
• Fabricated parts and refurbished the antique clock and synchronizing system for the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, PA.
• Developed testing procedures for electronic components.
• Introduced logic box methods of integrating systems.
• Designed, built, and installed from component level a multi-zoned paging system with background music capabilities for the Philadelphia Housing Authority’s premiere facilities at the John Street and Wilson Park Community Centers saving the client thousands of dollars in parts and equipment.

• Drafting and design coursework utilizing AutoCAD 2009-2012 and SolidWorks, with related courses in materials science, technical writing, physics, and calculus.
