To Whom It May Concern:

I am a Registered Vascular Technologist looking for a job that will integrate the knowledge and skills that I have acquired through hands-on and practical experience.

I am currently working at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. I have over 6 years of hands-on experience and I am looking for full time employment. I am responsible for scanning upper and lower extremities to rule out deep venous thrombosis. I perform vein mappings of the superficial vessels for pre-op bypass grafts and AVFs. I also perform arterial studies such as carotid artery duplex, evaluation of atriovenous fistulas, pulse volume recordings and renal arteries to rule out renal artery stenosis. When evaluating the for renal artery stenosis, the aorta is Dopplered and both kidneys are measured and evaluated for pathologies.

I would love to discuss possible employment opportunities and have enclosed my resume for your review. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Amy B. Hiler-Dougherty
