• Responsible for the procurement and construction management of a four boiler 320,000 lb/hr. steam plant including engineering review and execution scheduling and progress update reviews with the sub-contractors.

TURNER COMPANY LLC; BATON ROUGE, LOUISIANA

• Served as Project Manager / Project Superintendent with responsibility for overseeing a $250 million dollar Boiler installation project at Georgia Pacific that produces the required electricity to run the entire facility. FORMOSA PLASTICS VCM II PLANT, Baton Rouge, Louisiana

• Oversaw bi-annual plant turnarounds and daily/weekly maintenance schedules in the Utilities and VCM units for all equipment bi-annually averaging $1.2 million per turnaround. Managed all maintenance projects and crews of 55+ members, certified Core Group participants, planned and scheduled work on a weekly basis, and maintained a high level of plant integrity, safety, and security at all times. Supervised and maintained all code documentation, procedures and AI inspections as required for repair and project work on coded vessels and equipment.

Estimator / Turnaround Supervisor; 1997 to 1998

• Supervised a 50-man crew in charge of rebuilding the Wood Yard Division, replaced and upgraded 50+ pieces of equipment annually, and managed a budget of $4.5 million.
