Program Supervisor Danbury, Ct. As the Program Supervisor of the Discipleship House I oversee the 12-18 month residential faith-based transitional facility. My duties include program development, case management for the residents of the program, progress monitoring, resident transport, one on one and group counseling, staff training and scheduling, security for the building, teaching, data entry, program intake, program presentations to other organizations. My duties also include referral and preliminary intake for men looking to go into long term residential drug and alcohol treatment. Men enrolling in the volunteer program also are my responsibility. To ensure that they meet Christian Community Outreach standards and protocol for volunteers, as I also schedule, screen, monitor and assign work for male volunteers.
10-2008 - 3-2010 Pivot Ministries-Director of Christian Education Staff Support Driver Medical Appt Coordinator - Computer Technical Support Bridgeport-Norwalk, Ct. As Education Director I was responsible for all Bible classes, teaching, and scheduling teachers. I also maintained and monitored all academic records. Teaching and training others in the protocol of teaching group study classes also my responsibility. Assisted Induction Center Supervisor in the scheduling of all student appointments and transport of all students to appointments, events, and scheduled outings. Maintained ministry computers at the Main campus. Installations, troubleshooting and general maintenance were my sole responsibility.
