Developed Scope Change Tracking Notification (SCTN) for scope change, forecast variance, track Extra Work Authorizations, and Potential Scope Change/Delay Notices.

Maintained Access Data Base for employment time tracing, contract value/% complete, and Over-time reporting.

Created, cost reports/forecasts, maintained cash flow report on engineering Earn Value curves, and productivity analysis. Maintain Staffing Plan and develop alternative analysis for project cost savings. Support PM on engineering changes (EC) and other project costs.

Senior Project Engineer

Developed DOE Baseline for the remediation of 131 sites at the Former Naval Petroleum Reserve. Tasks include develop WBS, project schedule, estimates, cost tracking, and variance reporting.

Developed D&D estimates for EM facility proposed for transfer from NNSA, SC and NE to EM. Analyzed building type and contamination to determine correct parametric and identified needed adjustments depending on building scope.

Supporting DOE HQ complex wide Out-year planning/business cases analysis. Tasks include reviewing lifecycle costs and schedule, determining new cost profiles within funding target levels based on project scope. Complex wide analysis to identify cost available for transfer to other sites.

Cost Engineer

Lead Cost Estimator for DOE RL Projects. Maintained and create estimates for the Lifecycle Baseline of the Solid waste Stabilization and Disposition project and NM Stabilization and Disposition-Plutonium Finishing Plant.

Implemented risk management and calculated liability for the DOE RL Solid waste Stabilization and Disposition project. Updated risk register, arranged schedule logic for key risks, ran Oracle's Primavera Risk Analysis.

Proposal Review and Development of the Independent Government Estimate for the West Valley Disposition Project (WVDP). Technical and cost analysis reviews of D&D proposals along with an Independent Cost Estimate (ICE) for WVDP. Collaborated with the DOE EMCBC and Source Evaluation Board to review proposals for project D&D.

Project Management Support for DOE Hanford Site EIR Readiness. Supported PBS integration including management reserve, indirect costs, fees, and overhead.

Acted as technical expert for the EM Environmental Liability Audit preformed by KPMG at Idaho National Laboratories.

Environmental Cost Engineer

Project Manager and cost estimating instructor for Department of Defense, EPA and state agencies using the Remedial Action Cost Engineering and Requirements (RACER) parametric cost estimating system. Instructor for general cost estimating Cost Engineering and Documentation.
