- Coordination of project applications for utilities (i.e., electric, gas, sewer, water, phone, etc.), including pole relocations and/or removal. Track and provide status on a weekly basis.

- Coordination of all Township paperwork, including bonds, escrow fees, development agreements, etc.

- Maintain all project status reports and schedules

- Preparation of brochures, proposals, and presentation boards

- Miscellaneous administrative support (i.e., handling of switchboard, distribution of in-coming and out-going mail, scanning and faxing, maintenance of all project files, logging / filing of construction drawings.
