Experience in Vibration analysis of major rotating equipments like Gas / steam turbines, Centrifugal compressors, Centrifugal pumps reciprocating compressors, Conveyors, Crushers, Combustion fans and cranes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collecting Vibration, ultrasonic sound, temperature data and lube oil samples of all rotating machineries available in throughout plant. Providing technical advice to operation and maintenance regarding machinery health based on its dynamical behavior using predictive inspection and host software (online / offline). Recommend the corrective action for the problematic equipments and raise Work Request to the concern department trough SAP system.
2. Thermography inspection using IR 928 Infrared Thermography Cameras.
3. Borescope Inspection of all rotary and reciprocating machines.
4. Acceptance baseline vibration test of newly commissioned machine coordinate with Major project and Engineering departments as per the company / ISO standards.
5. Field balancing for critical machine to increase the plan availability and to reduce maintenance cost.
6. Planning, distributing and supervisor daily plant wide condition monitoring activities. Coordinating with maintenance and collect the feedback and update on equipments history for better diagnosis.
7. Root Cause Failure Analysis for critical and frequent failing equipments and come up with root cause elimination and action using MERIDIUM’s APM Software.
8. Conduct training on “Fundamentals of Condition Monitoring” to maintenance/operation staffs to increase the awareness of condition monitoring.
9. Conducting monthly Equipment health review, safety meeting and toolbox talk with plant wide maintenance department.
10. Carryout energy saves programs like compressed air leak detection, steam trap leak detection etc…using Ultrasonic tool kit.
