Identifying all possible method of assembly to ensure perfect fitment and analyse the deviation to prevent assembly failure.

Description Perform the Three Dimensional Variation Analysis (3DVA) for the aircraft interiors installation for different sections using 3DCS CAA V5 and analyze the manufacturing capability for the Architectural Control Document/Object Acceptance Document. I performed Dimensional Analysis for different interior configurations such as Lavs, Floor Panel Assembly, Stow bin Assembly, Crew rest Assembly, Galley Assembly etc., and involved in the creation / updating the model to the new engineering design, inputting new CATIA models, adding measurements and/or utilizing different moves to simulated and analyze the desired production installation.
