Job Title- Team Member Trainer
Job Responsibilities- As a team trainer I had many responsibilities not only limited to training but also completing my own work tasks of the day. I had to be formally trained in all aspects and tasks varied by the day depending on placement within the team. I had direct contact with customers while serving them and taking their orders while working with a cash register. Working with raw products and keeping a clean area at all times as not to spread bacteria on to the cooked product was an always present rule. Most importantly, meeting the constant flow of supply and demand within the fast food industry by working fluidly as a team.
Reason for Leaving- No room for advancement as it was privately owned with most full-time manager positions filled.
Starting/ Ending Wage- 7.65 to 8.25
• 2009 to present- Target. Killingly Commons Plaza Dayville,CT. Phone: 860-***-****. May Contact.

Note to Potential Employer
• I currently live in Connecticut however am very willing to travel or even relocate, as it was one of the appeals of the position to me. While I have no formal experience in the Wind Energy Field I have gathered a good amount of knowledge from my program and personal research, and I know with some hands-on experience I could be a great asset to your company. I have a very healthy respect for chain of command and take direction well. I enjoy meeting and working with new people as I find that is when you learn the most. Finally, I always complete the tasks I am assigned in the time allotted and work as hard as I can to profit the company I work for as I know the success of the employer is the success of all the company.
