Description:

Multiplan Insurance Company is a leading insurance organization offering a broad range of insurance products and insurance-related services. MIC provides insurance protection to more than 5 million businesses and professionals in the US. This Project helps registered customers to buy insurance online. It integrates and manages customer login, shipping/information, shopping sessions and various views of products and services up for sale. The complete system divided into two modules, a website that manages customer login details and an order management system that fulfills purchase order.

Responsibilities:

Developed portal screens using JSP, Servlets, Struts like Framework

Developed the Action classes, Action Form classes and configured the Struts-config.xml file

Used XML to represent and transfer data between layers

Develop the unique session handing in the application

Involved in the testing and integrating of the program at the module level

Worked with production support team in debugging and fixing various production issues

Parts Delivery records whether the parts dispatch with same gate Pass number and batch number or not, within Valid PO date. Status of particular Purchase Order/Parts whether all order are dispatch or not, if not how many remaining what is due date.

Design and implementation of POMS & MOS using Swing

Writing Classes and Database Connectivity (Jdbc)

This project is developed to maintain the database of the students, staff, admin and the parents. The student’s information like personal information, educational details from the admission in the school till his completion of studies is updated. Also it is stored in the database permanently. Same way the staff information is stored. The parents can view the details of the student online. The student, staff, admin can enter the School premises using the Smart card. All the rights to view and edit is given to Admin.

Involved in writing technical proposal for the client

Worked as a Component developer to code in java and j2ee technologies

Creation and updation of database using MySQL
