Lead in responsible for the all automation equipments. Involve in design and developing new controls system. Maintain and modify existing systems. Ensure the new and modified systems are compliance with the health and safety regulations. Thoroughly review the operational processes and ensure machineries, processes, and monitor systems are operating effectively, efficiently, and safely.

Write and administer preventive maintenance programs to sustain and improve manufacturing results. Provide technical support for electrical, instruments setting up, and automation for the bottling, processing, and facility department. Maintain electrical drawing, production equipment documentations, controls documentations, and keep them current.

Identify capital projects to improve production efficiencies, quality, and safety, reduce material loss, and help drive cost reduction. Prove advice and consultancy with purchasing equipment. Provide support to ensure the new equipment is installed properly and verify the acceptance tests.

Train mechanics and operators on the new and modified equipment. Implement and maintain system (OEE: overall equipment efficiency) to assess the priority of production line downtime to render repairs. Working closely with mechanics and technician to troubleshoot and problem-solve machinery. Make available for on call with unexpected emergencies.

Lead responsible for the production of the equipment of microwave synthesizers. Resolve manufacturing yield, component, material, and assembly issues. Generate documentation to reflect the changes; schematic, layout, and production procedures. Communicate with vendors regarding their components’ application and reliability. Research, evaluate, and modify PCB to replacement obsolete or long lead-time components. Provide support to both the Design and Business Groups to verify prototype specification.
