This required providing detailed, accurate reports and complete account histories. Worked directly with management and attorneys and assisted in the decision making process as to the collectability of monies owed.
Credit Analyst – evaluated credit applications for approval by contacting banks and vendors for reference, reviewing credit reports and D&B reports. Produced monthly and weekly reports.
Served as Assistant to the Regional Credit Manager during a leave of absence.
Billing Expeditor – Assisted large clients with billing issues beyond the scope of customer service. This was accomplished by producing detailed statement of account and assisting customers with reconciling reports and providing ongoing customer contact. Authorized to issue adjustments and credits.
