Work Summary
Keystone Tax Service – Senior Tax Consultant/Bookkeeper - January 2007 to present
Responsible for preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses. Promoted to Senior Consultant preparing returns for ‘C’ and ‘S’ Corporations and LLC partnerships.
Serving as the on-site bookkeeper; handling all A/R, A/P including Payroll for this office and several clients. Responsible for producing profit & loss statements, general ledger and assisting with Federal, State and local taxes.

Credit Analyst – evaluated credit applications for approval by contacting banks and vendors for reference, reviewing credit reports and D&B reports. Produced monthly and weekly reports.
Served as Assistant to the Regional Credit Manager during a leave of absence.
Billing Expeditor – Assisted large clients with billing issues beyond the scope of customer service. This was accomplished by producing detailed statement of account and assisting customers with reconciling reports and providing ongoing customer contact. Authorized to issue adjustments and credits.
