The project involved the development of a Rich Internet Application having Flex as front-end technology; an internet portal for Home Mortgage and Automobile Loans for Fifth Third Bank - a US based banking organization. The Application involved different flows for Internet User for Loan Application and Internet User such as Call Center Employees and Managers.
Responsibilities Held:
1. Gathered Business Requirements, interacted with the client, designers and developers and project manager to get a better understanding of the Business Processes, and analyzed and optimized the process.
2. Prepared Business Requirement Document and then converted business requirements into Functional Requirements Specifications.
