PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

•Human Resource Professional responsible for providing Generalist support to the Human Resource Director, 8 District Managers, and 480 salaried professionals in a multi-state geography. Responsibilities include addressing and answering questions related to HR policies/procedures, benefits, and payroll as well as compiling and maintaining personnel records according to company standard for the area.

•Manage a team of up to 45 resource managers in a multi-state geography. Responsibilities include coordination of schedules, performance monitoring, payroll administration, endurance of policy compliance, and proper allocation of labor costs.

•Monitor and advise management on progressive discipline process, probation, termination and correct policy interpretation. Conduct and assist in internal associate investigations and consult with management on legal matters.

•Provide daily guidance and troubleshoot situations as it relates to payroll, taxes, and benefit accruals.

•Strategize with management team to develop recruitment sourcing tactics and follow through by recruiting qualified candidates based o established business needs and qualifications.

•Facilitate complete on-boarding process of newly hired employees including offer letter, on-boarding paperwork, scheduling of required training, and review of benefits and policies to ensure a smooth transition.

•Monitor and advise management on progressive discipline process, probation, termination and correct policy interpretation. Assist internal associate investigations and consult with management on legal matters.

•Manage and lead the division’s compliance for performance management and succession planning process for as many as 743 salaried professionals.
