o Routine Checkup of all instruments effect to quality & process.

o Preventive maintenance of all instruments & other required as well as focusing on reducing the frequency of such break down.

o Involved in Installation Set Up for the Heating Oven in Wind Mill Blade.

o Involved in Installation & Commissioning of Self Mould Heating Moulds for the production of Railway Parts, used for heating of resin inside the mould and system is Operated & Controlled by the PLC.

o Involved in Modification job of Dust Collector System that operated with 5/2 way SOV & Cylinder to operate the dumper as per the motor running.

o Involved in set up of Door Testing System for counting of the no. of operations of opening & closing of the door through Pneumatic Cylinder and Count is calculated through the limit switch and totally system is controlled by Messung PLC and used the HMI for display the no. of count.

o Involved in Set Up for the Door Handle System for counting the no. of operations of Handle through Pneumatic Cylinder and Count is calculated through limit switch, system Operated & Controlled by Messung PLC.

o Involved in Installation & Commissioning of 7 Seat Testing System to give the load on each seat an average of 50 Kg to vertical & horizontal direction and to count the no. of cycles to give load on seat. For that developed the PLC based program, for vertical side using hydraulic system & horizontal pneumatic system.

Roles at Manufacturing Unit:

o To assemble, Testing, Maintenance & installation of SCADA based automatic sawing & drilling m/c required for drilling of rotor blades, being controlled by SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC, SEW make AC drives.

o To assemble, Testing various EMTs such as Turning Mechanism used for turning moulds (up to 15 ton & 43m), remote temperature control SSR Panels, Vacuum systems (Mobile & Triplex), heating system of main mould and prefabricated mould.

o Core Team member of new projects development team required for blade production.

o To troubleshoot PLC programs according to the requirement.

o Maintain the software backups of PLC, SCADA and Drives. And co-ordinate with AE-Rotor Technique for any changes.

o To identify and implement development activity for quality improvement and cost saving.

o Also knowledge about the Material Requisition slips & Make PR in SAP System.

Roles at Various Rotor Blade Units (RBU):

o Very familiar in Installation, Troubleshooting & maintenance for SCADA Based Heating System which is used for heating moulds & controlled by ICP CON Communication Modules.

o Also visited the RBU China for the Installation & Commissioning of Main Mould & Prefab Moulds and other EMT Systems.

o Very familiar with Installation, Commissioning, Troubleshooting & Maintenance of Main Mould Vacuum Pump for rimming of Main Mould & controlled by Siemens PLC.

o Main Mould Turning Mechanism with gear motor controlled using AC Drives & Siemens PLC for turning main mould at 180 degree.

o Very familiar with Installation, Troubleshooting & Maintenance about the SCADA Based Sawing & Drilling Machine. This machine is used for sawing the blade & then after drilling holes in blade. This machine is fully automatic & controlled by Siemens PLC.

o Also working in Process Dept. at the time of Blade Manufacturing.

o Responsibility of Project included conduct on job training, material sourcing, daily report, mould installation, material management, shifts planning, streaming of production.

o Knowledge about the blade process.

o Follows the Quality Assurance Norms.

o Ensures that supplier's manufacturing and Quality System, special processes, and products meet Customer requirements

o Successfully manufacturing, installation and commissioning of Motor Based flipping M/C and Trimming M/C to rotor blade unit at various locations across India.

o Successful completion of installation and commissioning of Various EMTs as Lab View based Heating software, PLC operated Vacuum pump, Turning Mechanism and Sawing & Drilling M/C for Blade Production At various location across India.

o Successfully manufacturing, installation & commissioning of De-Gassing Machine at various RBU in India.
