The aim of DATACOL (Data collector) Application development is to help user to create and/or manage data collectors and to manage data collected by them.

Description: The aim of PROTRANS (product Transcodification) Application development is to help user to keycat the product and to automate the Keycating process.

Since all the data will not come from stores, we may have to depend on external data source. One of the data source is A3 (Aqua). IRI takes form A3 which is a third party to manage all prospectus data. Since the data coming from A3 may not follow the same structure as followed in IRI Protrans can be used to map the incoming data. PROTRANS Application is to help user to keycat the product and to automate the Keycating process. This application will also help in the process of automating the A3 data management. This application can also used for other purpose as:

It is used to track all item (local items) for which not associated with any standard UPC.

It is used to track all bundled item.

It is be used to manages all the data coming from A3.

Description: AFC is one of the applications in IRI business which helps in determining the effect of an advertisement on a particular product .AFC helps IRI in providing business solutions and services to its end clients by giving them the analysis of causal data. Causal data deals with causes (features) and their respective effects (movement of items). AFC collects the causal data from newspapers, in-store mailers, displays, print media, etc… AFC is a client server application.

Description : This process identifies stores in Oracle DB for stores in the VC_CANDIDATE_STAGING . The store selection criteria from Oracle database handles the exclusion of audit stores, stores already assigned in the rjr_sample_master_table, stores reduced the RJ09 reduction files and stores waiting for approval in the potential_matches table. After our process has completed and identified potential new sample stores, we will put these stores into the potential_matches table. The user will be able to review the potential matches via the GUI.

Name : Snapshot Automation Tool.

Description: There are three types of snapshot reports in PROJ. These snapshots are created by the user manually when needed. I have written PLSQL code to do auto report generation and ftp it to Main Frame.

Clean snapshot: Created monthly after clean processing is complete. Clean processing begins the 2nd or 3rd Thursday of each month. The snapshot is ftp’d to the MF as: PROJSYS.PM.CLEAN.<MMMYY>

Live snapshot (monthly): Monthly after the clean session is promoted to the live tables. The snapshot is ftp’d to the MF as: PROJSYS.PM.LIVE.<MMMYY>.PROD

Weekly Live snapshot: Created weekly after the completion of weekly Capstone load (i.e. Wednesday afternoon). The snapshot is ftp’d to the MF as: PROJSYS.PM.LIVE.W<xxxx>

This feature is an umbrella for fixes around the User’s experience of accessing and storing their PayPal Money Market Fund (MMF) information. Smart Logo is a logo that is present in the eBay site in the items description part. It is help full to the buyer to make payment at the time of seeing the items description. There are two ways to insert logo in paypal site.

1) Manual Logo Insertion

2) Automatic Logo Insertion

In the case of Manual the seller can insert Smart Logo only on selected Items description. But in the case of Automatic, seller can insert Logo automatically by making Automatic Logo Insertion “on” in the PayPal site.
