Monitor, care and maintain nursing care plans and nurses note.

Records, reports and interprets all findings related to patient care.

Follow instructions of Doctors and maintains all records pertaining to patient care.

Provides Health education to patients and relatives during and after discharge

Maintain all equipments and supplies required for patients care.

Receiving patients in emergency and do the Triage.

Assess the patient’s conditions and provides emergency care.

Provides immediate care to Trauma patients, patients with snake bite ,

poisoning, Cardiac arrest, seizures, hanging etc

Procedures like CPR,Endotracheal Intubation,DC shock etc

Administering Medicines and injections to patients , monitoring vital signs

Management and record maintenance of Medico- legal cases

Surgical preparation

IV Infusion

Taking care of admission and discharge procedure

Documentation of various reports as per the hospital system

Setting up of infusion pumps for drug delivery

Preservation for airway avoidance of aspiration in case of vomiting

Transports of sick patients on Ambulance Services with and without ventilator
