Senior Financial Analyst – Jeppesen New York (Boeing Subsidiary), NY, 8/04-2/07

Responsible for all financial transactions for the company, a specialized software developer subsidiary of Boeing (the defense contractor), including capital and expense budgeting, financial analysis of revenue and expenses, and tracking of ongoing client projects. Global Audit Monitoring Group. Developed MS Access database to track audit issues and

placed on Notes platform. Worked closely with management to set effective

reporting standards and protocol in bank's Consumer Global Information

Assumed duties of staff member on leave. Changed reporting system

from manual to highly automated with substantial reduction of errors and

dramatic presentation improvements. Utilized Lotus, Excel, and FOCUS custom

database to download from main frame.

Completed linking project in Pricing Analysis Group. Linked Excel pricing

files with locked Master pricing file. All linked pricing files were designed

to automatically update upon opening, thereby making the process more

productive and accurate.

CONTRACT - Budget Analyst, Reed Travel Group (Specialty Publisher), NJ, 7/95-9/95

Replaced Senior Budget Analyst at the beginning of budget preparation period.

Completed preliminary and final operating and capital budgets along with

related analyses, utilizing Lotus with extensive linking and file integration.

Principal (Self-employed), GLE Systems (Contractor), NJ, 2/91-6/95

Contracted with small vendors and non-profits for invoicing, analysis,

reporting and other PC work, using off-the-shelf software adapted to clients'

Trust Fund Division of Labor Union. Managed all accounting functions, including

payroll preparation and treasury functions. Managed a short-term Certificate

Certificates of Deposits had full insurance coverage.
