Manage manpower indent from Tech Head. Working closely with the Business Managers to jointly evolve with the Manpower Augmentation Team their respective manpower plans, competency profiles of hiring requirements.
Designing and release of the advertisements, media planning, sourcing from Job Portals.
Finalizing Compensation packages /pay package/Employee Benefit package as per Industry standards.
Salary fixation of selected candidates, up gradation of the compensation packages and incorporation of periodical reviews.
Final negotiations, generating offer letters.
Conducting induction, training for new joiners.
Generate Monthly report on new joiners / left & undergone induction.
Policy Formulation & Various HR Practices
