ACCOMPLISHMENTS: One of my achievements is that opened my own business, a small family restaurant. I handled it responsibly and effectively. Being administrator and manager, to generate jobs to third parties. It was founded in 2003 and gave a good sum of gain but due to falling sales and cost of production we closed our doors to the public. It is a great achievement in my life. We took it to stand out between others which had been established for years.

Task: Leading a total of eight routes of custodians, carry out inspections daily, make estimates for services rendered, train employees, assist management with interviewing, have a positive attitude towards employees and motivate them. Create weekly, monthly schedules, counsel and discipline employees. Use excel, word, ensure employees are following safety standers, company policies, stand, lift, walk indoor and outdoor for long or short periods of time. Keep track of inventory and order supplies needed bi-weekly, manage cleaning schedules in time and quality, contact sub-contractor for extra work needed, working with janitors with disabilities, accommodating their needs while keeping a steady working team. I over see a total of 26 employees on the Point Mugu Base.
