• Knowledgeable in Ammonia process
• Routine vibration analysis on all plant rotating equipment and oil sampling
• Preventative Maintenance work on pumps, turbines, compressors, vessels, exchangers, gearboxes and cooling tower fans
• Alignment on all plant rotating equipment – reverse dial, rim and face, laser alignment
• Change out on bundles / tubes in plant exchangers
• Planned outage and turnaround jobs, write procedures, JHA’s.
• Various overhauls of compressors and steam turbines, changing out rotors, dry seals, installing new bearings, checking all crushes and clearances etc.
• Involved in various plant shutdowns and turnarounds on the N2000 and CNC plants
