Routinely create permits and the necessary document needed for civil construction of underground plant and placement of aerial facilities. I am knowledgeable of telephone industry standards, access regulations, I have a thorough understanding of the review process of infrastructure plans and survey information to prevent conflicts with existing or proposed underground utilities, site obstacles, and for assurance of the proper installation location within easements and public right of way. I also have Central Office and Remote work experience.
