PROJECT -- INDUSTRIAY DEFINE PROBLEM (IDP):

1) Industy Defined Problem on failure of journal bearing in turbine generator set at nirna ltd.Bhavnagar.

• Purposes of this project is to reduce the failure of bearing and increase the working condition.

2) I worked in welding department and made Industry Defined Problem reduce spatter which stick at in side the nozzle in an automated MIG welding machine. Also I had hands on experience on various wedding like TIG, CARBON ARC welding.

• Purpose of this project is to increase welding quality.

TRAINING:

1) Four Week Training: Nirma Limited Kalatalav Bhavnagar.

• Study area – Power plant
