Trend Micro Control Manager is a centralized management console that provides a way to consolidate antivirus and content security protection when we are running multiple instances of ScanMail.

Deployment of ICM on Domino:

The Internet Cluster Manager (ICM) lets you use Domino clusters to provide failover and workload balancing to HTTP clients (Internet browsers) when they access Domino Web servers

Deployment of tcs.webmail.com:

Its single URL where specific user are given access to the mail file through webmail

Upgardation of Domino 802 to 852 FP3:

Upgrdation of around 130 mail servers from 802 to 852 FP3.

Offline Maintenance:

This Process includes scheduling and reviewing offline maintenance for all mail servers.

Scan Mail for Domino:

This Process includes installing and configuring scan mail 3.0 on all mail servers along with applying regular patches released by trend micro.

CR Management:

This Process includes tracking and maintaining records of CR (Change Request) raised by team members on weekly basis and monthy basis along with approving and implementing CR related to SMTP relay.

Vulnerablity Assest Management:

As a process owner need to ensure that there should be not be any high or medium vulnerablity on domino servers by running McAfee tool on all domino servers on quarter basis.

Deputy Manager (Lotus Domino Administration) :

Managed the INFOCOMM domain consisting of approximately 95000 users with R7 servers within Country.

Registering, renaming, re certifying, & deleting users, moving users to new certifier & new mail servers, modify person docs, troubleshoot mail routing, database access issues, out of office agents, modify location docs, create mail-in databases, ACL / Mail / & Multipurpose Notes Groups; Mail-in DB management.

Use Domino Admin client to monitor servers, waiting & held message counts, run server console command tasks, troubleshoot mail routing issues, including restarting router, updating routing table, etc.

Used both DDM and Domino Administrator client to monitor servers.

Responsible for Daily monitoring of 40 Messaging Servers and 30 Applications Servers, for tasks such as Availability Index Checks, Performance / Resource / Disk Structure / Disk Space Checks, Mail Routing Monitoring, Replication History Checks (for critical system files, i.e., names.nsf, admin4.nsf, mobiledircat.nsf etc
