Manage on-site operations during construction renovations and current daily stabilized operations. Conduct training, disciplinary actions and performance evaluations. Within my tenure the occupancy increased from the 35% at my start in July 2008 to 99% in late October 2008 (120-days). We have maintained an average occupancy of 97%, currently 99% leased.
