Merchandise Processor
Assist in the distribution process of inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
As a Merchandise Processor, I was involved in all aspects of this complex logistical environment to include receiving, storing, pulling, packing and shipping of merchandise all over the world. As part of the Logistics Team, I had to meet strict production standards by fulfilling high standards for speed and accuracy. I participated and volunteered in several employee centric teams where the ideas from the teams were incorporated into the production environment and I helped train new employees as they joined our team..
I was cross-trained in other departments/buildings to help meet business needs and was selected to participate in strategy meetings with the Vice President of Operations. My input was considered as system and processing enhancements were implemented.

Security Officer
Responsible for providing security services for visitors, protecting entity buildings, ensures the safety and security of all visitors and property.
I provided a visual security presence to ensure that patrons have a safe and pleasant experience while visiting various venues. I had to be familiar with and understand the Emergency Action Plan, evacuation procedures and carry out emergency procedures as necessary. I also assisted in crowd control and securing entrances and exits during and after operating hours.

Functioned as clear contributor to a location that was recognized for fast pace and high volume of sales in local area; effectively managed orders and maintained productivity (ensuring order preparation and delivery) throughout during demanding call times and played role in ensuring productivity by delegating colleague responsibilities consistent with strengths. I was instrumental in ensuring the location continuously passed stringent health department and corporate inspections (requiring scores of 80% or better). I also communicated with management to ensure labor levels were consistent with busy and slow periods and also displayed flexibility as new systems and products were introduced..
